Damaged Parts?
Our 30-day return policy allows returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be in its original packaging and unused. Products must be in like-new condition to qualify for a refund. Please avoid writing directly on the box; use a label instead. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping or labels. Holiday orders placed between November 1st and December 23rd enjoy extended returns of 90 days.
For damaged or defective items, we do not accept returns if they have been installed or used. Please inspect your orders promptly upon receipt and notify sales@jeepsparts.com within 72 hours if any damage is detected during shipment. In such cases, JeepsParts.com will replace the product at no additional cost.
